Location & Access

The closest airport to reach Ischia is Naples Capodichino. The hydrofoil speed boat from Naples Mergellina/Beverello takes 30 mins to Ischia; the car ferry 50 minutes. Hydrofoil speed boats operate throughout the year from 8am – 10pm, every 30 minutes.

Climate

Ischia has a mild and comfortable Mediterranean climate with an average day temperature of 10°C in winter and 23°C in summer. The sea is usually warm enough for swimming from May-October.
